According to the Bloomberg Billionaire Index (BBI), which provides daily rankings of the world's wealthiest individuals and offers detailed net worth analyses, both Dangote and Rabiu lost substantial sums of money following the Central Bank of Nigeria's (CBN) decision to float the Naira.

As of June 15, 2023, the BBI data revealed negative changes in the calculations of these businessmen's wealth, who are recognized among the top 500 richest individuals globally. Financial experts suggest that the fluctuations in the foreign exchange markets resulting from the Naira's floating might have contributed to their substantial losses.

In response to these developments, Daddy Freeze expressed optimism that the affected billionaires would eventually recover. However, he also acknowledged the potential impact such policies could have on the general population.
